thanks for all the tips man
Singing takes alot of practice and patience from your family... Its like any other muscle..You have to do a workout...Try singing scales until you get to those higher notes until you feel like you have to strain,(Dont try to kill yourself to hit them) then go back down....Keep doing this and you should train your vocal chords.....Baby steps..... Sing along with an easy song...lower keys first...What comes to mind first is like Poison....I know...I know,Poison sux ...but Brets voice is easier than hell to sing with....He dont have much of a range....
hey, you were just talking about you trying to re-learn singing.....and I was wondering, do you have any tips for a beginner learning to sing?, I have problems hitting those high notes, is it just practice?, or am I pretty much limited due to the range of my voice?
Its all about conditioning..... I run my cities waterplant by myself from midnight to eight A.M. This place has awsome accustics..So I work on singing as much as I can at work... I just have to get my vocal chords stronger so that i dont "POP" during pitch changes...I have spent years as the lead singer for the bands I have been in,And have been simi-retired for some years now,So all I have been doing is working on guitar....Before, my guitar skills lacked the luster and I could sing anyhting I wanted....Now its the other way around...... I have to work at singing that at one time was second nature to me..... Getting old sux.......
do your best man, so far the stuff ive heard is great
Vocals are gonna take some time......Im rusty....
