    Hello from Maryland, USA

Hi, I'm new here but I participate on many forums on all sorts of topics. Being a Gemini, I have multiple interests. I'm a true multitasker!

I'm currently 51 years old and I've been married over 22 years to a beautiful wife and have 2 daughters who are almost 15 and 20 and were both born on the same day 5 years apart! I also have 2 house cats.

I've been a computer tech since 1985 and have separation anxiety when I'm away from my PC. I love playing 3D shooter games, science fact and fiction, history, creating artwork, music, and playing electric guitar. I'm a big fan of neoclassical guitarist Yngwie Malmsteen and run a website I made about him. But I also like all kinds of music from classic rock to classical violin.

In January 2010, I became interested in building my own stompbox clones. My father is an electronics tech and helped me learn what I didn't know. I researched the pedal I wanted to build and came up with some concept artwork on PC using the free GIMP software. Here is a picture just to give you an idea of the before and after:

    Good to meet you all...

    - Marshall MG15FX Amp w/MG Programmable Footcontroller

Welcome What part of Maryland do you live? I have some family in Kensington and Bethesda, my Uncle Kevin is a folk singer/guitarist, if you go to alot of pubs in the Maryland/Virginia/DC area, you may have seen him

Cool pedals, did you built that from plans, or did you design them yourself?

I live in the Dundalk area of Baltimore County. Yes I designed it myself as far as the PCB layout design and artwork are mine. Of course it is based on the DOD 250 Overdrive and it is 100% faithful to the original circuit parts connection order.
